A prerecord voice told me that I can reduce interest on my credit card and said it final warning (weird cause this the first time seeing this number). So I press one, a guy answer saying right away and he pretty much said that I am available to reduce my interest on my credit card and he said the last four number, and also said I still owed $3500. Which raised a red flag because that isn't possible with my bank, then I began to question him about it and login in to my account online. Then he apologize that I was to wrong person and then he hanged up. Most banks follow a protocol to make sure that they have have the right person. This guy didn't even ask who I was.
