This definitely is a scam. Everything listed below is accurate; India accent, rude. Told me my computer via Microsoft Windows was sending him messages. He wanted to know why I was laughing - Because I have a MAC!!! Hang up or don't answer - unfortunately I do know elderly people who have believed this and their computers of course were hacked.

Caller said he was ringing about my computer. I quickly asked him if he had checked with the telephone preference service before ringing me because it is an offence in the uk (for telemarketers) not to do so. As it is a US number no doubt they can do what they like. Caller had an accent from India or near there. I hung up.

Very rude pushy individual- saying I have Microsoft Windows problem. I hung up and he had audacity to call back. Don't be fooled by these people this is a scam.

Got call and no one was on other end. Dialed number back and recording says they are having technical difficulty and can't help us right now.

Just had a call from 'John', at 347-650-3899, when he paused to say a greeting and I told him I was not interested, and hung up.
I am on the do not call list, but obviously, it's not effective!!!
