Man with heavy Indian accent claims to be working for Medicare. Said they have information that I have pain frpm my back to my knees. When I told him that wasn't true, he asked if I have arthritis at any level. I told him I have it in one pinkie finger. He then began to tell me what help I could get for an appliance, that would not cost me anything, but is a Medicare benefit. At that poing, I told him I know that he is a fraud and a thief and hung up the phone and blocked the number. Medicare does NOT contact their members by phone.
