Called in Oregon at 4 AM and the again at 5:45 AM. We are elderly so going for the phone thinking there must be an emergency is dangerous and alarming. Never spoke to anyone because they were gone when I answered. This same number has called before. Must have had 30 or more of these computer scam calls in the last few years.

Person with heavy possible Indian accent said malware had inadvertently downloaded to my computer, and he needed me to turn it on to check it out. Advised him I had all my computers protected and no proof he was from Windows. Bade him a good day and hung up. Call ID showed 0-582-9749, no area code, unknown name. Called with 320 AC, message no. not working no.

Write or call your Congressman\woman and tell them to defund the Federal Trade Commission and the Do Not Call Registry because what they are doing about spoofed calls is not working. As a taxpayer why do we pay for this? Also I supply my Congressman with a list of Date, Time, Caller ID and phone numbers of calls. I get so many I update him weekly. Nothing gets action like a squeaky wheel!

I run a business and I get phone calls from this number frequently. Sometimes it's a man and sometimes a woman, both have a very strong Indian accent. They say that they are from Windows and that there are problems with my computer. I have told them several times to "cease and desist" calling this number, but they still call, sometimes they block the number. They just called again a few minutes ago and I told them again to "cease and desist" calling this number and that I know they are scammers. She immediately hung up. How do we find these people and stop them from calling? Since they are calling a business, I am obligated to answer the phone. HELP!

After a couple previous calls my agitated husband told the thick Indian accented person to not call again. Today the caller calls again and said " You have a daughter, right?" My husband said yes. He said, " Well, I f***** her last night." and hung up.

These A-holes called me at 6:24 AM. I am a handicapped person and not always able to get to the phone and especially when I am still in bed. They left no message, so don't know who they are. I agree with the other complaint that my number is also on the "Do Not Call List", but the government is so broken that their list is useless, as is the government.
