This number is given when a synthesized voice calls to tell me my computer may be compromised. If I call security at this number they will be able to fix it before the computer is compromised and the data gone.

Caller ID was Root Technology. Pre-recorded call. Represented as Microsoft, warning me my computer was hacked and I could lose everything if I didn't call them. Real scare tactics for people who don't know that Microsoft doesn't call you.
