I just received a call from 315-675-0000. It is clearly obvious this was a scam. I continued drilling the caller with questions about who he was and what department he was calling from. After he offered me $9000 cash, I told him I was not going give him any information about me, and informed him I will call the FBI fraud department after we hang up. He hung up.
