This number calls several times a day. We don't answer and they hang up as soon as they hear our outgoing message say that we screen calls. But it doesn't stop them from calling again a couple hours later. Finally, I went into my Verizon phone settings and blocked the number entirely. Let's seem them call us NOW!

Syracuse Newspaper (syracuse.com) trying to get you to subscribe with a $10 deal and in return they give you a $10 gift card. They are very persistent and I've blocked them from my home phone but it still rings once.
