I hear nothing in the back ground, just quite, not even one breathing, just quite. After I say Hello, wait and there is no reply. I say, fraud dept how can I help you? Quite, no reply. After that I do NOT say goodbye. Just hang UP. I add to contacts in a file called SPAM/Do Not Answer...and then the numbers. Never, never call them back. That gives them permission. So, when the person calls back & the caller ID shows 'Spam/Do Not Answer. Now delete it. No worries. If they wanted to say or do anything you will not answer.
