This number has called me 8 times in two days... I have picked up only one time and when I said "hello" the called ended immediately. I tried texting the number to stop calling but there was no response.

I just commented a few minutes ago. I was able to contact Lvl 3 communications at 512-485-5000. I spoke with a customer service rep. which i requested my number be removed from their list, the information she requested from me was my name and phone number, nothing personal like ss number or anything, also I gave her the number the information at the top of this screen, and i was **sured that they would both look into the operator of the phone and make sure there would be no further contact from their agency. I suppose only time will tell if the report was effective.

Been receiving calls from this number everyday around the same time. Like others, when I answer, its dead air, when I don't they don't leave a message, and if I call back, I get a message saying number not available. From past experiences with same style interactions, I would have to say its an auto-dialing program, designed to establish a list of working phone numbers. The calls I get are on my cell phone, which noone outside of my own family has the number, and ive never signed up for any thing online that could have sold my number to a third party agency, which leads me to believe its a program dialing every number and seeing if someone answers. If it was a telemarketer or ad agency, they typically use an automated message stating at least something. If ya have a block feature either on your phone or offered by your service provider, I suggest blocking the number. Requesting they remove your number from there call list also seems useless by the way, they just call back the next day.
