Claimed to represent a magistrate, If I didn't call back and talk to a rep. I would be in trouble. I did not return the call, I'm sure if a judge wanted to talk to me he would send the police to knock on my door.

This is obviously a scam call. I hope someone can find out who is calling. This is what he said. (Sounded like a man's voice) "To avoid an initial appearance before a magistrate judge or grand jury for a criminal offense this is the final attempt to reach you to resolve this issue immediately. Call a federal agent immediately at 253-203-1856."
