However, the initial plan was to sale out the house which I tried, but sometimes the agents inflates the price and it takes longer to sell i am telling you this in case if you find the house on another website or meet for sale sign in front of the house, do not contact them we are not working again, my family advised against that. I reasoned with them and accepted there advises. So I contacted the agent back and requested for my keys and documents. Please i want you to note that i spent a lot on my property that i want to give to you for rent, so i will solicit for your absolute maintenance of this house and want you to treat it as your own, It is not the money that is the main problem but i want you to keep it tidy all the time so that i will be glad to see it neat when i come for a check up. I also want you to let me have trust in you as i always stand on my word. The house include the utilities like Heat, A/C in wall/window, Hydro, cable, Garbage Disposal, Fireplace , Fridge, stove, Dishwasher, Dryer, Breakfast Bar, Dining Table and Sofa Set,Refrigerator,Canopied deck overlooking nature.,internet access e.t.c. I am in a governmental programmer that sponsors my utilities on monthly

This person put out an ad saying that there was a house for rent. The person then called me and asked me questions. They were really weird questions and it sounded very suspicious. I found out that it was a scam.

This person wants me to send him money for a house that he has for rent. Supposedly he has no one he could trust, but wants money first. Who rents a house without seeing it. I don't think so.
