I just had a missed call from this number and the name was Terry Roberts. Based on previous responses I will not be calling the number. It sounds as if this individual has accessed or received account information and is attempting to access our accounts.

Some idiot just tried to act like he's from experian and wants to lower my interest rate. That's bullshit. No one can lower your interest rate except your credit card company. He was telling me all my credit card numbers and said he'd lower the one with the highest balance. No one can do that. He's acting like he can lower any card I choose. Then he asks for my expectation date. It's a scam!!! Don't give them the expectation date. They just want to steal your information and use your credit card.

Answered a call from this number, an automated voice said something about interest rates, I asked how they got my number, they began rattling of profanites... I hung up and called back from a land line only to get a busy signal. Repeatedly.

They called me in a voice recording. I preesed #1 to see why they called me. They said because I'm a mother ***king bitch, a ****e, a pros**tute. He told me to sit on his dick and ***k him. I asked for a supervisor and I told them what happened. He said I was lying and that I am a bitch ****e and they hung up. I called the number again and it was busy.
