Calls and hangs up, like robocallers

216-532-7100 info says its cleveland ohio area but this is a scammer calling and i told him not to call back. This number showed on my display but my other info in my cell showed uknown caller as he has called multiple times trying to gain access to my computer. I told him i would not give him access unless his phone number showed on my screen so this number is the one he is spoofing. First he was calling from sandiago then vancouver and this time i dont know as i never went there and told him i was not giving him access to my computer and to stop calling.
