They said something about having a program in NJ and if I qualified, my electric bill would be 50% less....then he said, "You're a homeowner yes?" and when I said no he hung up. Disconnected number when I called back.

I have received several calls from this number claiming I placed an order online and they are calling to help me finish it. I HAVE NOT PLACED AN ORDER IN MONTHS. I advised the caller that if they continue to call I will be reporting them to the authorities as fraud and harr**sment.

11:10: Called from Branford CT asking for personal information on the bills I owe. Wanted to give me gov't information I don't want on how to resolve bills. Its a scam center; you can hear the other callers trying to get information.
