Called and said he was the IRS and I needed to settle the $5000.00 debt today or they were filing a law suit, after I quit laughing I told him I already knew the street address, city and what freeway was close to his location. In his heavy mid eastern accent he starts swearing, and carrying on so I blocked any further calls. These guys scam older people out of millions of dollars every year, remember the IRS never calls!

says from federal government. federal government will pay you without asking for money. its a scam!

This number called me like 10 times today. He said it was from the government and that I have been selected to get 9,000 dollars. I asked him not call back anymore because the government doesn't just give out money. He hung up on me.

This number repeatedly calls my phone. Most times they don't say anything but the last 3 calls they say it is the federal something or other and I have been chosen to get a grant of 9200 dollars. They are foreign speakers so I really can't understand what they are saying. The last call, I said I don't need the money, then hung up. I finally blocked the number -something I previously did not know I could do.
