They are part of a scam that they say they are part of the US Federal Grant Department then they want you to SEND them money to get money.

This phone number is attached to a Verizon customer. This version customer will not answer when you call back nor when he calls you . I am so DONE with this crap . I called Verizon to report this . Do not give out phone numbers if they can't be called back , it's like TEACHING SOMEONE TO FLY A PLANE BUT DONT TEACH THEM TO LAND OF COYRSE TJEUR GOING TO CRASH IT INTO A TALL BUILDING . STOP BEING DO DIM !
