THIS IS A COMPANY IN INDIA USING COMPUTERS TRICKING YOU INTO THINKING THE CALLS ARE COMING FROM A UNITED STATES NUMBER. (SCAM/FRAUD) THEY ARE TRYING TO GET YOUR COMPLETE PERSONAL INFORMATION AND YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. (SCAM/FRAUD) THEY OFFER TO FIX YOUR COMPUTER AFTER THEY GET YOU TO DO SOMETHING TO IT TO BREAK IT BY TYPING SOMETHING. (SCAM/FRAUD) THEN THEY OFFER TO FIX YOUR COMPUTER BY ALLOWING THEM TO CONNECT TO YOUR COMPUTER FOR A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY. (SCAM/FRAUD) I SUGGEST AFTER THEY STATE THEY ARE CALLING FROM WINDOWS TO POLITELY STATE THAT I DO NOT OWN A COMPUTER. THEY SOMETIMES SAY GOODBYE OR THEY MIGHT CALL YOU A NAME.

just received a call from this number advising that a warranty is about too expire, they never said what the warranty pertained too.

an accented caller claimed she was from the democratic national governor's **sociation, or something similar. the way she mumbled who she was calling for was similar to other scam calls I have received.

This is a scam. Told be my email address was in danger. When I told caller to take me off call list he replied "f*** you.

Total Scam

I received a phone call from this number today. They said they were calling from Windows and said my computer was sending out error messages. They wanted to speak to the owner of the computer. I then told them I knew this was a scam. That Windows and Microsoft do not make calls to this effect. I also told them they were calling from New Jersey, and to take my number off of their call list. I figured if they were ligit, they would call back. But they did not.
